July 1st starting at 6pm
This year, Oakville celebrates Canada Day in an evening event at the Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park. The festival opens at 6pm with a jazz performance, inflatables, face painting, and amazing food trucks. Enjoy additional musical performances, the singing of the national anthem, a dance party, and finish it all off with a firework display!
July 8th from 10am to 4pm
Head to the Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre for a free event featuring dancing, sing-alongs, and tons of great activities. Plus, enjoy a musical performance by Fren Penner! The Juno Award winner will headline the event performing all of his greatest hits.
July 13th from 6pm to midnight
Head downtown on July 13th for a great summer shopping spree. This year marks the 41st year for Midnight Madness. Enjoy live music, entertainment, and of course, some great deals! Shop, dine, and relax throughout the 6 blocks along Lakeshore Road East.
July 19th starting at 7pm
Head to the Erchless Estate Oakville Museum on July 19th for a wonderful family event by the water. There will be lawn games, a pop-up patio, and a performance by the folk trio Trent Severn. Also, take the opportunity to tour the historic buildings, including the Coach House, in a fabulous immersive experience! Reserve your complimentary tickets today.
August 6th from 10am to 5pm
Come out to support your local artists at Oakville's most prominent art show at Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park. There will be 180 exhibitors, live music, and delicious food and beverages supplied by Yolandas Spuntino Casa. Admission is only $5 for adults and free for children under 12 years old.
August 10th from 5:30pm to 10:30pm & August 11th from 1pm to 10:30pm
This year, the TD Songs of Summer is a two-day event! Held throughout downtown, this event will see over 40 performances, multiple interactive art zones, and fabulous food from local restaurants and food trucks.
