PoleFit Nation, just 6 minutes from Rockliffe Park at 135 Allen Street, teaches fitness in a fun and flirty way. Available classes include pole dancing, chair dancing, floorwork, and PoundFit – an all new exercise that uses your own drumming to create an effective workout (and music too!).

Jazzercise Oakville

If you want a fun and exciting workout, Jazzercise Oakville is the place to go! They offer 16 classes per week with great variety and heart pumping music! Dance every Sunday at the Artistic Dance Scene location, just 6 minutes from our Brant Street townhouse, or choose one of their other two locations for classes through the week.
